Welcome Membership is open to all U.S. Coast Guard Civilian Employees, U.S. Coast Guard Active Duty Members, U.S. Coast Guard Retired Personnel and members of their immediate families located within the Eighth Coast Guard District. Immediate Family Member means a spouse or other family member living in the same house-hold.
