Membership

    The Members are the core of the Credit Union.  Without them there is no Credit Union.

Board of Directors (BOD)

    Volunteers elected by the membership.  The primary responsibility of the Board of directs is to set policy, plan the credit union's course, make sure the credit union maintains its sound financial condition, keep communication open to educate members on services, review the chief executive officer's progress in achieving goals and objectives, and report to the members at the annual meeting.  All decisions must be guided by the best interests of the membership.

Supervisory Committee

    Volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors.  The primary responsibility of the Supervisory Committee is to inspect the credit union's records for accuracy, its assets for security, and its procedures for the proper handling and use of funds.

Credit Committee

    Volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors.  The primary responsibility of the Credit Committee is to decide loan appeals from members; check compliance with lending policy, laws, and regulations; recommend changes in credit union loan policies.
